Summary Meeting July 17 - 2005.

The reason for this meeting is to re-establish stable working procedures with respect to moving the project onward. This meeting will not follow established agenda rules as it is a special meeting that has been called for.

Issues at stake a) Lack of communication - b) Lack of progress.:

Q: How do we deal with these issues.

a) Lack of communication: A: a1) Re-establish weekly meetings. a2) IP Telephony permanent installment (Aug 2005).

b) Lack of progress: A: b1) Goal setting. 1 year ahead - 90 days - 30 days - 1 week - Evt. hyggja at critical path analysis. Mangla eitt project overview tool.

b2) Follow up on tasks assigned, by self and other team members.

Our goal is to finish Little-T & T-Board in Linux - voice playback, virtual keyboard function and remote seriel paralell evt usb. possibly reduce to IP communication.

23 days - 10 hrs 90 days goal from 07/08 - 2005

1 year ahead - On July 17 2006 our goal is to finish Little-T & T-Board in Linux - voice playback, virtual keyboard function and remote seriel paralell evt usb. possibly reduce to IP communication be completed.
