 +====== Summary of meeting february 23 - 2005. ======
 +
 +***************************** WRITEUP BEGINS HERE *****************************
+The approval process of the meetup could not be completed as the writeup was incomplete at the current time.
 +
+Other things discussed was the question put forth about where we are heading and our license and the current review it needs to be put through in order to make our efforts more palatable to other developers.
 +
+The current licensing scheme has been to hard lined and a review process including contact with gnu.org with regards to possibly using the GPL has been initiatied.
 +
+The alternative is writing a new license and get approval from The Open Source Initiative http://www.opensource.org and Software Freedom Law Center http://www.softwarefreedom.org
 +
+We are taking this course because we need a flexible way of properly entering the open source comunity without loosing the strengt of owning all rights to software and while at the same time granting co developer full right of use in own productions as long as they put back new development, refined program functions etc. to the project
 +
+Different social networking sites were discussed in order to find proper legal aid in connection with our license.
 +
+On the downside our only thing currently is software.... Much as we would like to develop specialized hardware it seems that there is no time for this.
 +
+One possibility would be asking would be supporters already in the vicinity of the project to engage in such activities.
 +
+As for speeding up development it was suggested that we started contacting aphasia groups in order to find volunteers for sound recordings.
 +
+The idea is to find appropriate groups in appropriate countries.
 +
+If it is possible to establish contact with other groups in different countries we might get the opportunity to speed up development speed and possibly gain additional volunteers for other assignemnts.
 +
+The most important issue at stake here is that the volunteer efforts are fuly documented so that potential supporters can throw themselves directly in the thick of it.
 +
+Things needed to support the initiative are hard figures and money, thus a search for a Statistician needs to be initatied.
 +
+On the money side a concentrated effort needs to be undertaken and networking efforts should be made in order to recruit the proper sales people. One suggestion was to follow up on contacts in Iceland and another was to proceed with the potential candidate from kandu.dk
 +
+Other suggestions to speedup development was to down prioritize Windows development and concentrate fully on Linux implementation.
 +
+This move is sound seen in the light of the increased difficulty in getting proper development tools at a resonable price and the endless upgrade circles Windows seems to be set in.
 +
 +****************************** WRITEUP ENDS HERE ******************************

+a) Approval of last weeks writeup - each participant gives his / her say and is allowed to comment if he / she feels there are misenterpretations or other discreppancies in the writeup, or if something is amiss.
