 +Been thinking a little about this and we need to look into SKYPE's EULA before creating the SKYPE developers accounts. Maybe we could save ourselves a huge effort by not administrating the creation of accounts but simply creating a list wherein we can put the developers info and then furnish them with an official developers email address once they proove that they are stable contributers.
